FCITS Moisture Certification Classes

In the class we will discuss in detail these 2 standards, show the proper way to remove existing floor covering, adhesive removal, floor preparation (abrading) and the most simple way to place the test kits. The ASTM 1869 is the standard for what we refer to as the calcium chloride test.

The ASTM 2170 is the in situ or Relative Humidity test for a concrete slab. We will also discuss and demonstrate proper techniques for this test, as it is quickly becoming the "go to" test for moisture content of the concrete slab.
